Refund policy

SheetSavvy sells digital downloads: spreadsheet templates and PDF guides. You get your files immediately after payment, so refunds work as follows.

If something is wrong with your file

If your download is missing, won't open in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or doesn't do what the product page describes, email olandowray38@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll send a fix or a working file. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you in full.

Change of mind

If the tool isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and tell us why. Because digital files can't be returned, we consider change-of-mind requests case by case.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show the refund.
